Let your trade customers order without ringing your staff

Your reps know the answer before the customer finishes the sentence, and they still spend the morning typing orders in. We build the store those customers can serve themselves from, with pricing, stock and orders moving between the store and your ERP on their own.

What we hear on the first call

  • “My team key in orders by hand, and mistakes slip through.”
  • “The store and the ERP disagree about stock, and the customer finds out first.”
  • “Our dealers still ring for their pricing because they cannot see it online.”
  • “We are worried that selling online will upset the reps.”

The last one is a real risk and it is worth planning for. Every wholesale store we have built has had to keep the reps whole. The answer is in the order you do things.

How the work runs

Four steps. The integration is designed before the store is built.

  1. Map the ordering that happens now

Who orders what, on which pricing, and which of those calls a customer would happily avoid. That tells us what the store has to do on day one.

  2. Decide what the ERP owns

Stock, price and customer truth usually live in Cin7, Jim2, Unleashed, Attaché or MYOB. We agree which system wins each argument before a line of code is written.

  3. Build the store and the plumbing together

Catalogue, account pricing, freight and checkout on one side, and the integration on the other. Both are tested against real orders, not sample data.

  4. Cut over without downtime

We test on live orders, plan the failure handling, and agree who gets alerted when something upstream breaks. Then we train your team to run it.

The TRA Australia store we built for caravan and camping parts

eCommerce and ERP · caravan and RV parts

TRA Australia

A family-owned leader in Australian RV and caravan accessories, selling through their own store and through eBay, with stock and order truth in MYOB. The original sync polled on a schedule and lagged. We replaced it.

  • Both sales channels create customers and sale orders in MYOB automatically.
  • The old sync ran on a timer and lagged. Orders now land in MYOB the moment they are placed.
  • Carrier monitoring that is public-holiday aware, so it alerts on real outages and stays quiet on long weekends.

The account-holder login page we built for ASP Components dealers

B2B and wholesale · MYOB Advanced

ASP Components

ASP runs its stock and pricing truth in MYOB Advanced. Wholesale dealers had to ring support to see their pricing or place an order. We designed and built an account-holder portal so they set up their own login and order themselves.

  • Dealers see their own discounted pricing and order without phoning support.
  • Designed in Figma and signed off before build time was spent.
  • Quoted as a fixed price and delivered at that price.

It starts with a Digital Roadmap

Store projects go wrong when the platform is chosen before anyone has agreed what the ERP owns. The roadmap is where that gets settled, along with the channel question, the catalogue and the order of the launch.

Half a day with the people who take the orders and the people who pack them. You leave with a written report, a deck you can hand to a board, and a fixed price for the first build.

$1,200 to $9,600, excluding GST.

How the roadmap works
  1. Workshop Face to face or online.
  2. Written report Customer types, catalogue, the integration map and the order of work.
  3. Deck and quote The plan in a form you can share, with a fixed price on the first move.

After the store is live

A store with an integration behind it has more moving parts than a website. Platforms push updates, carriers change their APIs, a supplier renames a field and a feed goes quiet at four in the afternoon.

Our care retainer covers the monitoring, the updates, the order-flow checks and the small changes, with one monthly report. It runs month to month. When the store is stable and the job becomes growing sales, that is a different conversation and a different service.

From $2,500 a month, excluding GST.

Growing an established store What everything costs

Most people book the call before they have worked out what they need. That is usually the fastest way to find out.

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up on nearly every eCommerce call.

What does a store cost?
Stores and integrations are quoted as fixed-price projects off the roadmap, so the number is for a scope you have already read. The roadmap runs from $1,200 to $9,600, excluding GST, and ongoing care starts at $2,500 a month. Everything we charge for is listed on the services page.
Will an online store upset our sales reps?
It can, and that is worth planning for rather than hoping about. We stage the launch so the reps keep their accounts and the store takes the routine repeat orders they did not want anyway. The sequencing goes in the roadmap.
Do you work with our ERP?
We work most often with Cin7, Jim2, Unleashed, Attaché and MYOB, including MYOB Advanced. If yours is not on that list we will read its API and tell you what it can do before we quote.
Does it have to be WooCommerce?
No, but it usually is, because complex catalogues, account pricing and trade rules are where Woo is strongest and where we are deepest. If your business points somewhere else, the roadmap will say so.
